1. If I have chosen to pay the storage fees annually, when are the annual storage fees due?

The annual storage fees are due on the anniversary of the storage date. Please login to your account and refer to the payment section. This section will display the storage date, and the date that the next annual storage fee is due. The invoice will appear 30 days before the anniversary of the annual storage date, and the credit card that you have on file will be automatically charged during this time. If the charge is accepted, the payment will appear on your control panel and you will be able to download and print the receipt from your control panel. If the charge is declined, a notice will be sent to you requesting a new credit card or another form of payment such as a credit card or money order.

2. If I have multiple accounts, can I combine them so that I can pay them together?

Yes, if you have more than one account with us, you can contact us to help you create a master account. We can also help you to consolidate the payments for all of the accounts into one invoice.

3. What if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password, click here to recover it through your Email address on file.

4. Can I update my credit card information through my control panel?

Yes, you can instantly update your credit card information through your control panel.
