Lifestyle Plan: Distribute costs for 18 years of storage(3% financing over 5 years) 5 easy payments of $569 for 5 years
Lifestyle Plan: Distribute costs for 10 years of storage(3% financing over 5 years) 5 easy payments of $489 for 5 years
Submit completed forms to Healthcord by fax, mail or online. Ensure that you register as early as possible before the due date. Notify Healthcord of any changes to your due date or delivery status. Inform your physician of your decision to bank your child's cord blood.
