The Cord Blood Banking Process step-by-step overview
Step 3: Ship
Immediately after the cord blood is collected, call Healthcord to notify us of the delivery. Contact a local courier company to arrange for the pick up and delivery of the cord blood directly to Healthcord. Once we recieve the cord blood sample, our Representatives will contact you directly to inform you that processing has begun.
Submit completed forms to Healthcord by fax, mail or online. Ensure that you register as early as possible before the due date. Notify Healthcord of any changes to your due date or delivery status. Inform your physician of your decision to bank your child's cord blood.
